Conversion tracking
Track Razorpay sales from your links
Yes — you can track Razorpay sales from your directinapp links today. Drop the directinapp pixel or server postback onto your Razorpay success page, and every paid order shows up against the link that drove it: order count, total rupees, and conversion rate. It's manual (you fire the pixel on success); automatic webhook capture is on the roadmap.
Can you track Razorpay sales from a link?
Yes, today — manually. Drop the directinapp pixel or server postback onto your Razorpay success page and each paid order is credited to the link that drove it: order count, total rupees and conversion rate per link. It doesn't touch your keys or checkout. Automatic Razorpay webhook capture is on the roadmap, not live yet.
Why it matters
Rupees, not just clicks
See which link actually drove the Razorpay order. Per link you get conversion count, total value, and conversion rate, plus a per-event breakdown, a timeseries, and a detailed per-conversion feed — so a link isn't just "1,200 clicks" but "1,200 clicks, 48 orders, Rs 23,952."
Built for Indian checkouts
Send the value in INR and totals stay in rupees — we show totals per currency (INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED) and never blindly sum across currencies. If you sell in rupees to India and dollars abroad, the two never get mashed into one meaningless number.
No re-plumbing your Razorpay setup
This is not a native Razorpay integration and doesn't touch your keys or checkout flow. You keep your existing Razorpay Checkout exactly as is and simply add one pixel or one server call on the success page. Works today, on the payment stack you already run.

Three steps, no developer
Share a directinapp smart link
Send buyers to your product or payment page through a directinapp short link (SLUG). Conversion ingestion is always on for every link on every plan, so the link is ready to record orders from the moment you create it.
Fire the pixel on your Razorpay success page
On your Razorpay thank-you / success page, drop a 1x1 pixel: GET /c?s=SLUG&e=purchase&v=499&cur=INR (s=slug, e=event, v=value, cur=currency). Prefer server-side? POST /conversions with JSON { slug, eventName, value, currency, metadata } from your order-success handler. You fire it yourself — automatic Razorpay webhook capture is coming, not live.
Read the numbers in Business
Open the link's conversion report to see orders, total rupees, conversion rate, the per-event breakdown, timeseries, and the per-conversion feed. Ingestion runs for free; viewing the reports needs the Business tier — your free trial month is full Business, so start there.
Frequently asked questions
Can I track Razorpay sales from my links?+
Yes, today. Put the directinapp tracking pixel or server postback on your Razorpay success page and each paid order is credited to the link that drove it — count, total rupees, and conversion rate per link. It's manual: you fire the pixel or postback on success. Automatic Razorpay/UPI webhook capture is on the roadmap, not live yet.
Do I have to change my Razorpay integration?+
No. There is no native Razorpay integration and we never touch your API keys or checkout. You keep Razorpay Checkout as-is and add one line on the success page — either the pixel GET /c?s=SLUG&e=purchase&v=499&cur=INR or a POST /conversions call from your order handler.
Does it capture Razorpay orders automatically via webhook?+
Not yet. Automatic webhook capture for Razorpay, UPI and Stripe is planned and clearly on the roadmap. Today you report the sale yourself by firing the pixel or postback from your payment success page — which works right now on every plan.
Can I see which specific customer or click converted?+
Today attribution is per link only: you know a link drove N orders worth Rs X, but not which click or visitor. The feed's source columns are effectively empty for now. Per-visitor / per-click attribution (a click id) is on the roadmap.
Which currencies can I record?+
Pass any of INR, USD, EUR, GBP or AED in the cur parameter. Totals are shown per currency and are never summed across currencies, so your rupee revenue and dollar revenue stay separate and honest.
What does it cost, and is there a free trial?+
Recording conversions is free — ingestion is always on for every link. Viewing the conversion reports needs the Business tier (non-Business accounts get an upgrade prompt). Business is Rs 999/mo (or Rs 9,999/yr) plus GST, and your free trial month is the full Business tier, so you can see the reports before paying.
More on conversion tracking

The full conversion-tracking product — pricing, setup and a live demo.
Conversion tracking
Conversion tracking is measuring the real outcomes a link drives — a sale, a signup, a lead — not just the clicks. You tell your analytics tool "this counts as a conversion, worth this much," and it ties that outcome back to the link that earned it. directinapp does this per link today: fire a pixel or a postback when a sale happens, and see the count, the rupee value and the conversion rate for that exact link.
Instagram sales tracking
Yes — you can track sales and signups from an Instagram bio link or reel. Put your store or checkout behind a directinapp link, fire our pixel on your payment success page, and the Business report shows the count, rupee value and conversion rate that link drove. Because a bio or reel is one link, attribution is per-link — you know the link earned the sales, not which follower.
vs Linktree
Linktree tells you a link got clicked. directinapp tells you it drove 12 purchases worth Rs 5,988. On any link you can fire our tracking pixel or server postback with a sale value, and the Business tier shows conversion count, total value and conversion rate per link, per currency (INR/USD/EUR/GBP/AED). Today attribution is per-link, and payment-webhook auto-capture is on the roadmap.
Tracking pixel
A tracking pixel for links is a tiny 1×1 image you load when a sale happens. Point an img tag at GET /c?s=SLUG&e=purchase&v=499&cur=INR and directinapp records one conversion — with its rupee value — against the link that drove it. No SDK, no cookie, no code beyond one line of HTML.
Server postbacks
A server postback records a conversion by sending a POST /conversions call from your backend to directinapp. You send JSON with the link's slug, an event name, value and currency, and the dashboard shows counts, total value and conversion rate per link. It is shipped and works today. Signed, HMAC-verified postbacks are on the roadmap.
Lead tracking
Yes — you can track leads and signups from any directinapp link today. Fire a "lead" or "signup" event from your form's thank-you page with our pixel or postback, and each link shows its lead count, conversion rate, and a per-event breakdown. Attribution is per-link today; per-visitor is on the roadmap.
